Terms of Use

Effective October 31, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the CourtPulse app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch ("CourtPulse", "the app"), published by Marjhorie D Mahinay ("we", "us"). By downloading or using CourtPulse you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). If these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, these Terms apply to the extent the Apple EULA allows.

1. Using CourtPulse

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use CourtPulse on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or distribute the app, or submit false scores or use modified clients or exploits to manipulate leaderboards.

2. Health, safety and estimates

3. Your data

Your matches are stored on your devices and in your own iCloud, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you delete the app and its iCloud data, or stop using iCloud, your match history may be lost and we can't restore it. Workouts saved to Apple Health stay there until you delete them.

4. Free features

Live scoring on Apple Watch and iPhone, the Court Display scoreboard, Apple Health workouts and your match history are free.

5. CourtPulse Pro

CourtPulse Pro, if offered, unlocks extra features such as the shot breakdown, smash speed, heart-rate analysis, insights and drills, trends, personal records and stickers. The features included are shown in the app before you buy.

6. Game Center

Leaderboards are provided by Apple's Game Center and are subject to Apple's terms. Scores that look false or manipulated may be removed.

7. Changes and ending service

We may update, change or discontinue features of CourtPulse. If we ever stop offering CourtPulse, the app you've downloaded can keep working on your devices, but we may stop updating it.

8. Disclaimers

CourtPulse is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise the app will be error-free, that scores, stats or estimates will be accurate, or that data will always sync. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for injury arising from playing sport, or for loss of data, arising from your use of CourtPulse. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us through the App Store in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, mention them in the app's release notes. If you keep using CourtPulse after an update, you accept the new Terms.
