Your daily streak counts the days in a row you completed at least one habit. Each habit also has its own streak, counted in the days it's scheduled (or in weeks, for "times per week" habits). Today never breaks a streak until the day is over.

A freeze covers one missed day so your streak survives. If you miss a day while your streak is going, Brightstreak uses a freeze automatically the next time you open the app. You can hold up to 3. You get them from missions and chests, or buy them with coins in the Shop.

Every habit you complete earns coins and XP. Harder habits earn more, and long streaks add a bonus. Chests come from perfect days, streak milestones, trophies and the weekly challenge. Open them in the Quests tab.

No, and that's on purpose. Coins and chests are only earned by doing your habits. Nothing random is ever sold in Brightstreak.

In Shop › My rewards, add a treat and a coin price, like "Movie night" for 500 coins. When you've earned enough, tap the price to redeem it, then go enjoy it.

Tap the check again to undo it, or press and hold the habit for more options. Undoing takes back the coins and XP it earned.

Open Settings in the app (the gear on the Today screen) and turn off Celebration music under Sound. The tune plays even when your phone is on silent, and it plays alongside your own music without stopping it. The volume follows your phone's media volume.

No. There's no Brightstreak account and no sign-up. Your Apple ID handles sync and purchases.

Brightstreak syncs through your iCloud automatically. Sign in with the same Apple ID on the new device, make sure iCloud is on, then open the app. It can take a few minutes for everything to arrive.

Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit › Add Widget, search for Brightstreak and choose Today or One habit. To pick the habit on a One habit widget, touch and hold it and choose Edit Widget. Tap a habit's button on the widget to check it off.

Straight away on the widget or watch. The app adds them for real, along with any chests, the next time it runs, and shows a "Logged from your widget or watch" note.

Open Brightstreak on your iPhone once with your watch nearby. The watch gets your habits from the iPhone app.

Apple Health auto-complete is part of Plus. Edit a habit, choose a metric under Apple Health (steps, exercise minutes, workouts, sleep or mindful minutes) and set the goal. Then allow access when asked, or go to Settings in the app and tap Connect Apple Health. The habit checks itself off once Health reaches the goal.

Open Brightstreak or pull down on the Today screen to refresh. Also check Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › Brightstreak and make sure the categories you use are turned on.

No. The totals Brightstreak reads from Apple Health stay on your iPhone or iPad. Only the fact that you completed the habit syncs, like any other check-off.

Turn on reminders for the habit in its settings, then make sure notifications are allowed in Settings › Notifications › Brightstreak.

Go to Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Brightstreak Plus › Cancel Subscription. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for, and your habits stay.
